Yesterday I attended the annual conference of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) in Nottingham.

This week is the project kick-off for REPLACE: Meat replacement and systems of edibility in Asia and beyond.

Next week Mike Foden (University of Bristol) and I are co-organising / co-chairing a session at the ESA RN05 Midterm Conference at Charles University.
