Fieldwork started!

Fieldwork in Stockholm

Earlier this month I arrived in Stockholm for two months of fieldwork. During my stay I will be based at KTH Royal University of Technology as a visiting researcher. I will focus on three case studies: offal, underutilised fish, and transforming surplus/waste food into catering meals. I will give a talk on the progress of my research at KTH FOOD in June.
