Teaching: Geographies of Nature

This month I am busy preparing lectures and seminars for an undergraduate course on the Geographies of Nature. It is exciting to be able to use my research in helping to explore topics such as nature-society relations and the social shaping of food consumption. I also look forward to the food diary assignment that is part of the coursework, which will gives some fascinating insight into people’s dietary practices!
