Workshop on meat replacement in Oslo

This week I head to the Centre for Global Sustainability at the University of Oslo, where I will attend a workshop about the REPLACE project. The project is now fully staffed and underway, and fieldwork has already begun in Vietnam. My own stage of fieldwork, in Singapore, will take place in the autumn.
