Conference session on edibility in Prague
Next week Mike Foden (University of Bristol) and I are co-organising / co-chairing a session at the ESA RN05 Midterm Conference at Charles University. The session is titled ‘Eating off-menu? Exploring the ‘uncharted’ pasts, presents and futures of (in)edibility’, and features four papers addressing different aspects of edibility: turning ‘waste’ into food, meat reduction and ‘proper’ meals, meat reduction in Eastern Asia, and partnering with ‘good’ microbes. You can read more about the conference and the programme here.
